Yes, we sure are! Every balloon bouquet and gift is made to order at our warehouse in Elmhurst, Illinois, or Park Ridge, Illinois. We proudly serve the Chicagoland area.

Chicago Balloon Bouquet is not a third-party ordering website. We do not send your order to an unrelated florist or balloon company. Your bouquet is prepared and delivered by our local team.

You may place your order as early as six months in advance or as late as the same day.

Same-day delivery is based on product and delivery availability. We will do our best to accommodate your request. If we cannot complete your same-day order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

We deliver balloon bouquets and gifts throughout the Chicagoland area. Please visit our Delivery Area page for a current list of cities and communities we serve.

If your location is not listed, please call our office. We may still be able to arrange delivery to your area.

Our standard delivery hours are Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Every delivery order includes a delivery charge. The applicable delivery charge will be displayed after you select your bouquet and delivery location, before you complete checkout.

Yes. Timed delivery options are available for an additional fee. We recommend arranging a timed delivery at least 24 hours in advance.

Before-hours delivery from 7:00–8:00 a.m. or after-hours delivery from 6:00–8:00 p.m. $95

Timed delivery fees are charged in addition to the standard delivery charge.

Your final order total may include:

  • A balloon bouquet with a minimum order of $50
  • Any gift items or upgrades added to the order
  • The applicable delivery charge
  • Illinois state sales tax
  • Any selected timed-delivery fee

Balloon bouquets must be accepted in person. We do not leave balloon bouquets unattended outside a residence.

Our office will contact the recipient the day before delivery or on the morning of the scheduled delivery to confirm that someone will be available to accept the order.

If the recipient does not answer or return our call promptly, the delivery may arrive later than originally anticipated. Delivery timing will depend on when the recipient confirms availability.

Yes. Before making a hospital delivery, we will contact the hospital to confirm that the patient is still admitted and that balloons are permitted.

Due to latex-allergy restrictions, hospital orders may contain only Mylar foil balloons and Bubble Balloons.

Important: Balloon deliveries are not permitted at Glenbrook Hospital.

Yes. If the recipient is unavailable when we arrive, the balloon bouquet may be left with a receptionist, front-desk employee, or another authorized person at the business.

School delivery policies vary. Some schools accept balloon deliveries for faculty and staff but do not permit deliveries for students. Some schools also prohibit latex balloons.

Please contact the school before placing your order. When balloon deliveries are permitted, they are generally delivered to the main office. The customer is responsible for confirming that the school will notify the recipient to pick up the bouquet.

We accept all major credit cards for convenient and secure online ordering.

Please call our office as soon as you realize that you need to cancel or change your order.

To qualify for a full refund, your cancellation request must be received before 9:00 a.m. Central Time on the day before the scheduled delivery.

Orders canceled or changed after the deadline may be subject to a cancellation charge ranging from $25 to 100% of the order value, depending on the amount of preparation already completed.

We are generally unable to cancel or change an order on its scheduled delivery date.

Q.Is Chicago Balloon Bouquet local?

We sure are!!! Your balloon bouquet and gifts are made to order at our warehouse in Elmhurst, IL or Park Ridge, IL.  We service the Chicagland area. We are not a third party web site that sends out your Oder to a florist or another balloon company.  
Q.When you should I place my balloon bouquet order?
A.
You can place your order anytime you like. The earliest you can order is 3 months in advance and as late as same day. For same day delivery please know that we will do our best to accommodate your order. If for some reason we can not accommodate your same day order we will contact you.
Q.What areas does Chicago Ballooon Bouquet service?

Q.What is the standard Delivery Times?
A.
9:00 a.m. To 5:00 p.m. Monday thur Saturday
All orders for delivery will incur a standard delivery. You can see the delivery charges as soon as you choose your bouquet before you procesceed to check out.
Q.We Deliver between the hours of 9:00 to 5:00 pm but can Chicago Balloon Bouquet make timed deliveries?

Yes we can but a fee does apply.
it is best to arrange a timed delivery at least 24 hours in advance..  The fees below are in addition to the standard delivery charge.

Q.What are the charges for placing an order?

Q.What is Chicago Balloon Bouquet residential delivery policy?
A.
Balloon Bouquets must be accepted in person and will not be left at the residence unattended. Our office will call the recipient and arrange a delivery time to ensure that someone will be at the residence to accept the gift. This call will be made the morning of the scheduled delivery date or the day prior to delivery. If the call is made on the scheduled delivery date and the recipient is unavailable to accept the call, the order may arrive later than the posted deadline. The arrival time will be contingent on when the recipient returns our call
Q.Does Chicago Balloon Bouquet deliver to hospitals?
A.
Yes we do. We will contact the hospital prior to delivery to ensure that balloons are permitted for the patient and to ensure that the patient is still at the hospital. Due to latex allergies only mylar balloons and Bubble Balloons are permitted for hospital orders. NO BALLOON DELIVERIES ARE ALLOWED TO GLENBROOK HOSPITAL 
Q.Does Chicago Balloon Bouquet deliver to businesses?
A.
Yes we do. If the recipient is unavailable when we arrive, the balloons will be left with someone at the business location.
Q.Does Chicago Balloon Bouquet deliver to schools?
A.
It depends if the delivery Is for a student or faculty staff. Not all schools permit balloon deliveries to students. Please contact the school before you place your order. Those that do will require that the delivery be made to the main office. The customer is then responsible for ensuring that the school office contacts the student or faculty staff to pick up the balloon bouquet. Also some schools do not allow latex balloons.
Q.Does Chicago Balloon Bouquet deliver to hotels?
A.
Yes we do. Deliveries to hotel guests are dropped off ot the front desk, bell desk, or concierge. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the hotel completes the delivery.
Q.What payments do you take?
A.
Credit Cards.  We except all major credit card.
Q.What if we need to cancel?
A.
Please call our Office as soon the need to Cancel is realized. For a full refund, the deadline to submit your request before 9am, Central standard time (Chicago), the day prior to delivery.
Orders cancelled or changed after this deadline are subject to a cancellation charge ranging from $25 to 100% of the order value, depending on the extent of preparations made for the order.
We are normally unable to cancel or change an order on the date of delivery.
